Patrick is a Partner in the Employment and Retail & Consumer teams at Foot Anstey, which is at the forefront of developing innovative approaches for supporting retail employers to reduce the level of harassment against employees in the retail sector.
The team work with retail employers to implement frameworks which reduce risk, aid retention and attract more candidates in a competitive market. Foot Anstey’s approach is underpinned by a specialist survey of retail workers and the development of a certification programme (Retailers Against Harassment) in partnership with Retail Trust which helps employers make a difference to retail workers’ lives by focusing on measures that will help prevent harassment occurring, and appropriate responses when harassment does occur.
Patrick is an experienced advocate in the employment tribunal with an enviable track record of success and is driven by the desire to make a real difference to clients’ outcomes and help businesses be even better at looking after their people.
