The team work with retail employers to implement frameworks which reduce risk, aid retention and attract more candidates in a competitive market. Foot Anstey’s approach is underpinned by a specialist survey of retail workers and the development of a certification programme (Retailers Against Harassment) in partnership with Retail Trust which helps employers make a difference to retail workers’ lives by focusing on measures that will help prevent harassment occurring, and appropriate responses when harassment does occur.
