Women’s Health Ambassador for England, professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Imperial College and chair of Wellbeing of Women
Dame Lesley Regan is Professor of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Imperial College St Mary’s campus and Honorary Consultant in Gynaecology at the Imperial College NHS Trust. She has over 30 years of OBGYN experience and continues to deliver front line care.
She is a globally recognised authority in women’s health, having been President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) from 2016 to 2019 and Honorary Secretary of the International Federation of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) from 2018 to 2023. She has written best-selling books on pregnancy and miscarriage to provide women with vital information.
Since 2020, Dame Lesley has been the Chair of Wellbeing of Women. In June 2022, she became the first ever Women’s Health Ambassador for England.
