The consultancy brings together leaders with deep expertise in diversity and inclusion, extensive leadership experience in the worlds of academia, business and government, and strong capability in implementing programmes across public, private and non-profit sectors, including clients in retail such as Co-op, ASOS, Apetito, Virgin, and McDonalds.
She is a highly skilled and dynamic human resources, learning and organizational development professional with 30+ years’ experience gained in the public and private sectors. Marcia strives to facilitate the development of human potential to create inclusive, innovative, sustainable high performance and inclusivity within organisations. Alongside D&I, Marcia is a specialist in leadership development and workforce transformation.
Marcia has worked with large corporations, government agencies and SMEs in managing organisational change and maximising workforce capacity and performance. As a seasoned facilitator and coach, Marcia has expertise in tackling workplace discrimination, having over 21 years’ experience sitting on UK Employment Tribunals.
She has an MSc in Human Resource Development (specializing in organizational consulting), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) since 2008. She is a master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has trained in hypnotherapy.
