Online wellbeing support


We are working with Turning Point to offer access to online information and advice along with evidence-based structured interventions on a range of wellbeing topics covering mind, body and behaviour. 


There are two different levels of support available through the Being Well 24/7 portal:


Find out mores (login not required) contain the latest information and advice on: 


  • Anxiety
  • Alcohol misuse
  • Low mood
  • Healthy eating
  • Physical activity
  • Stopping smoking
  • Stress at work
  • Substance misuse (amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabis and spice, cocaine, ecstasy, GHB, ketamine, LSD, mephedrone and steroids).


Wellbeing sessions (account registration required) provide structured and self-guided support which you can work through at your own pace. You will need to sign up with a username and email address to access the following topics:


  • Giving it up - for people wanting to reduce their use of drugs
  • Low mood
  • Learning to change - for people wanting to make exercise/diet changes
  • Social anxiety
  • Stopping smoking
  • Stress at work
  • Understanding my drinking.


Guidance before you enter the portal


  • You can work through the find out more sessions without logging into the site.
  • You will need to complete the find out more content before you can start the wellbeing sessions.
  • To access the wellbeing sessions, please register your details on the site.
