Wellbeing Awareness Month starts today!
We will be raising awareness of the importance of wellbeing at work throughout this month. We will be marking awareness days including National Work Life Week and World Mental Health Day, and sharing a range of wellbeing content through our social channels.

Personalised digital support through myrtwellbeing.org.uk
If your organisation hasn’t signed up to our online wellbeing services, your colleagues will be able to access up to 20 self-help articles at myrtwellbeing.org.uk throughout October 2019.
The confidential site offers a wealth of resources covering over 85 different topics to support a person’s emotional, physical, vocational and financial wellbeing needs.
Wellbeing at Work Forum
Did you know that we are hosting our first Wellbeing at Work Forum on 28 November 2019? This one-day event will take place at the iconic Science and Industry Museum in Manchester.
With the opportunity to hear from both experts and peers, delegates will learn about the strategic and practical elements of developing wellness programmes, managing stress and building resilience amongst your colleagues.
The forum is beneficial for anyone wanting to accelerate their employee wellbeing and engagement strategy including senior leaders, HR teams, regional managers, mental health first aiders, wellness ambassadors and occupational health teams.
Supporting Wellbeing Awareness Month
It would be amazing if you could like and share our posts so we can reach as many people as possible through the campaign.
Together, we can raise awareness of the importance of wellbeing at work so that everyone involved with retail can access relevant and timely health and wellbeing support.
