The Pavers Foundation donates £5,000 to retailTRUST
We would like to thank the Pavers Foundation for donating £5,000 to support our wellbeing services.
In 2018, Pavers Shoes established The Pavers Foundation, an employee-led charity initiative dedicated to making a meaningful impact to communities. Through the Foundation, Pavers has pledged £2.3 million to good causes, which includes employee grant applications, charities of the year and donations on behalf of the family. The business gives 2% of net profit each year, to ensure the Pavers Foundation continues to make effective and positive changes in local communities throughout the UK.
retailTRUST improves the wellbeing of retail employees and their families through emotional, physical, vocational and financial support. We help individuals throughout their lives, from getting into retail all the way through to retirement.
We support over 10,000 independent, online and national retailers including Pavers Shoes. We provide free and confidential support for employees and their dependants across a wide range of services from face-to-face and telephone counselling, through to non-repayable grants and legal guidance. We offer a free and confidential helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all employees at Pavers Shoes.
Stuart Paver, Managing Director, Pavers Shoes said: "retailTRUST does a great job in supporting the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of everyone involved in retail. Many members of the Pavers team have benefited from their support over the last couple of years so it’s a cause close to all our hearts".
Neil Duffy, Head of Wellbeing Services at retailTRUST stated: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Pavers Shoes to support their employees’ health and wellbeing. We offer preventative self-help resources as well as curative support so that employees can access relevant and timely support during times of need. This fantastic donation will be put towards improving the wellbeing of even more people involved in retail and making a difference to their lives.”
