About Owen and Jenna

Jenna began her recruitment career in 2011 having graduated from Leeds University with a 2:1 in Philosophy and Politics. The start of her recruitment career was at Michael Page, where she enjoyed a successful eight years. Here she achieved six promotions and was the first Associate Director to run a multi-sector business in Michael Page. She finished her career there as the Associate Director of the Public Sector division, where she lead a team of 15 people that focused on recruiting within various professional disciplines across the south.

Owen began his recruiting career in 2009 having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a first in History and Archaeology. After spending a year with Hays, he joined Michael Page where he enjoyed a successful nine-year career, becoming the youngest person ever to be promoted to the role of Operating Director with the UK business. Having consistently grown new revenue streams within London, his final and most senior position was leading a turnaround of the Northern Homes Counties business, consisting of 35 fee earners across four offices.

In 2019, Jenna and Owen left Michael Page to launch the London office for Broster Buchanan, a national boutique that had been trading for five years at that point. In a very successful first year, the London office reached new records for the BB Brand, supporting a variety of businesses from the not-for-profit space through to commercial starts-ups.
